I do understand that admitting we have a problem and don't cope very well can be difficult. I can assure you that there is nothing wrong with that, we all have better and worse days in our lives. I have been on the receiving end and the idea of having completely "me time" and talking to somebody who can listen and won't judge, can be very powerful and very comforting. I understand that coming for therapy can be very overwhelming and my aim is to make that as comfortable as possible.
I believe that the quality of a relationship between therapist and client is the most important factor. I like to create a safe and warm environment for my clients where they can relax, feel comfortable and then explore their difficulties. Ethics and professionalism is paramount, therefore I like to start with clear and precise boundaries.
I like to work in an integrative style, which means that I believe everyone is different therefore everyone can't be treated just using only one approach. It is very important for me to tailor a therapy plan specifically to the client’s needs and personal circumstances not the other way round.    I like to use different therapeutic models in order to understand and address those needs. I'm adapting the way I work using my personal insight and simply listening to you. After all it’s all about your needs; my role is only to assist you in the process of self-healing
 Taking therapy can transform your life. Analysing and understanding some of  your behaviours and feelings can give you a huge sense of relief, or just simply having somebody to listen without judging, can bring a peace which you've been seeking for so long.

Hypnosis has started to become very popular but unfortunately not many people know or understand what it really is. Watching TV and films you can observe the misinterpretation of that phenomenon and people believe that under hypnoses the other person can take advantage and make you do some unusual things. On this point I can assure you that during hypnotherapy I can't do anything you don't want me to do.
The Human mind is so powerful that none of us really know how it is working.
Most  people believe that hypnosis is some kind of trance where we become highly suggestible. However none of them actually realise that in the end you are in control, that you have the power to finish at any time or simply ignore something that is too painful. 
In everyday life many of us have experienced a hypnotic trance. For example, have you ever experienced the feeling of switching off while you've been driving or cooking and suddenly you realise you have arrived or the meal is ready, but in your mind you've been somewhere else? Because you don’t need to think about what you doing, going in 'autopilot' is your subconscious taking control.

Hypnotic or suggestive therapy is the oldest of all healing techniques. From the Sleep Temples ( in which people were asked to lie down and listen to somebody chanting to help cure illness with problems as far back as 1550BC) of Egypt, through the histories of ancient Greece and Rome some form of hypnosis has always been an intimate part of all cultures.
Hypnosis translated from Greek (Hypnos) means 'to sleep' and, while in the state of hypnosis, a person is very, very relaxed.

    “Unexplained infertility” actually means that there is no physiological reason for a woman not to become pregnant and this means that probably you feeling very alone, that nobody understands you, Family and friends probably don’t help either by asking when you going to be pregnant. Perhaps you seeing pregnant women’s or with pushchairs everywhere, its feel like you are only one person who can’t conceive? One of the major problems of unexplained infertility is stress (or more specifically, one’s inability to cope with stress) . Conceiving – whether the couple is attempting to conceive naturally or with medical assistance such as IVF – is wrapping with stress.
